Do You Want to Help Make a Huge Different in Someone’s Life?
Lilith House is a brand new transitional recovery house for women recovering from addictions, opening in Surrey, B.C, November 1, 2009. It is becoming a reality due to the dreams, aspirations and hard work of a woman named Chandan Toor, known in the world of business as the Millionaire Diva.
Chandan has worked in the field of recovery since 2005 as a counsellor, therapist, social worker and detoxification worker. On November 1, 2009 she will open her 26 bed facility to help support women affected by addiction, abuse and homelessness. The Lilith House program will be based on Wellness, Mindfulness and the 12-Step Program. For more information on our programs, check out the “Our Services” tab.
The women who come to stay with us at Lilith House will remain there for up to 6 months. Lilith House is considered Stage 1 housing, and is designed to support women going through their first 3-6 months of an addiction-free lifestyle. We hope to be able to open our 2nd and 3rd Stage housing within the next 6 months.
There is a lot of ‘stuff’ involved when opening a place like this, and we could really use your help! If you are interested in donating any of your money, time, or old stuff you don’t need anymore (like utensils, bed sheets, towels, clothing dishes, etc) to Lilith House, please fill out the contact form below and one of our program managers will call you to discuss specifics regarding what you are offering, and when we can come collect it for you. Don’t forget to check off what you are interested in donating!
