Becoming a Resident of Lilith House

Admission to Lilith House is arranged following a pre-screening and orientation process that may be initiated through a simple phone call to our office, or by downloading and completing our online intake package. The minimum stay is negotiable; however our staff usually recommends a stay of at least 90 days.

The treatment program at Lilith House is focused on individual recovery plans. Our facility is over 5000 square feet in size and is geared towards providing women with a calm, beautiful home like environment where women are directed toward developing new social skills while learning and practicing new coping behaviours.

The intake package may be printed off and filled out manually or completed online. Once the intake package has been completed please attach it to an email and send it to intake@lilithhouse.com or fax it to 604-496-2081

To qualify for admission to our program, you must be:

• Female and over the age of 18 years;
• Medically and mentally stable
• Prepared, motivated and able to participate in a recovery program.

Once a client has submitted their self-referral package, they will be notified by staff that their package has been received and, if they qualify for the program, they will be placed on a wait list. Once on this wait list, clients need to

• Call once a week to check in (604-496-2071)
• have a TB test prior to intake
• Have appropriate medical forms completed
• Arrange financing prior to intake and alert us of confirmation
• Minimum of 72 hours detoxification prior to intake

Intakes are done at the house on Monday and Thursday am. You will be notified in advance of your intake time slot.
